Your starting role is Team Member in Training. During this time your primary focus surrounding your job is as follow:

• Learn and exhibit our Vision, Mission and Values Statements

• Be a high performing member of the team

• Serve the leads and other members of the team well

• Learn the menu

• Learn the daily tasks that must be completed to ensure smooth operation

• Learn, Observe and practice all health and safety protocols

• Be willing and ready to serve at all times (no matter your position in the restaurant, serve the guests that is waiting)

• Serve each guest well, with the Honor, Respect and Dignity

• Serve each guest quickly and accurately while observing all safety and quality measures
