Sarah Gesler

Operations Director

Sarah is a native of Valdosta, GA. She began her career with Chick-fil-A in 2014. Sarah did the Grand Opening of Brooklyn Park in Feb of 2020. She came back in April of 2021 to assist in some additional training and decided to move her in July of 2021 to become a part of our team. Sarah has a goal of owning her own Chick-fil-A in the future and is here to learn as much as she can. She enjoys serving others and likes Taylor Swift a little too much.

Kyra Olson

Shift Lead - Training

Kyra joined Chick-fil-A in 2019 and became part of our team here at the Grand Opening. Kyra has a great passion for training others and following through on requirements. Kyra has recently started to take over our new hire training information as well as recurring and continued training for existing team members. In her free time you can usually catch Kyra reading, specifically poetry. She has a goal to impact whatever community she is a part of.

Kayli Hart

Shift Lead

Kayli originally joined our team in the Spring of 2021 after being convinced by her twin sister, Kelsi to come join. She previously was at Cold Stone and has not regretted leaving a day since. Kayli took a brief leave to work in a daycare. She recently just welcomed her first child, Mya! Kayli has a contagious laugh and bubbly personality and we are excited to have her back on the team. Kayli loves the team and leadership at Chick-fil-A and that has brought her back!

DJ Myles

Shift Lead

DJ joined our team at the Grand Opening as a team member and has worked hard to become a part of our leadership team. DJ is a graduate of Champlin Park where he excelled in Football and Wrestling - to the point that he is now a multi sport athlete at St. John’s University here in Minnesota. He has a strong passion for leading others and playing any sport he can participate in.

Daniella Maldonado

Experience Director

Daniella began her career with Chick-fil-A in the Northtown location in Blaine in 2016 and joined our team in the fall of 2020. Daniella loves sports and even played collegiate basketball at North Central. Daniella is driven and successful in her role because of her passion for relationships. One of the things that keeps her at Chick-fil-A is that opportunity to impact others on a personal level.

Daniella handles all of our onboarding, team recognitions and community events. Reach out to her if you have questions or ideas. She also handles uniforms and apparel! Reach out if needing new uniform pieces.

Kyle Gesler

Shift Lead

Kyle joined our team in the fall of 2020, but started his time with Chick-fil-A in 2016. Kyle is active duty in the National Guard and recently came back from a 1 year deployment overseas. Due to his service Kyle spends a lot of his time trying to learn more about tactics and preparation. Kyle loves serving guests and others and it keeps him coming back to Chick-fil-A.

Josh Diggs

Shift Lead

Josh began his career with Chick-fil-A in 2016. He has a strong passion for acting and film making. Every year he attends a major conference in LA to help learn more about this passion. He has a dream of making it to the big screen one day! Josh also is our first leader to receive the Embodiment Award which is given to those who embody and live out our Vision, Mission and Values daily.
